These documents will need to be provided (in a digital image, or pdf format is best):
- Pilot Certificate
- Medical Certificate
- Picture ID (Passport is best – for TSA purposes)
- Rental Agreement (linked below)
- Proof of renter insurance (see rental agreement)
- Certificates of any Cirrus courses completed (CAPS required – 20 minutes FREE COURSE)
The following documents, will need to reviewed, and filled in. The rental agreement can be printed and signed and initialed. The workbook is a fill in PDF file. Some parts of the workbook may only apply to other model aircraft, so fill in what you can for the SR20:

Interactive Flight Operations Manual (iFOM)
The “how to” interactive reference manual for the Perspective and Perspective+ SR model aircraft, sold in the Apple iBook format. It provides extensive suggestions and steps for preflight – including location of all preflight items, and flight maneuvers, and emergencies, and has a number of interactive “quiz type” learning areas, and videos/animations:
