1 Private Pilot. At a pace of 2-3 flights a week, it will usually take 3-6 months to complete this rating. Advanced ratings require this certificate.
2 Instrument Pilot. This stage will allow you to deal with less than perfect weather, and improve your awareness in busy airspace.
3 Commercial Pilot. Pilots working towards a professional aviation career continue their training to obtain a Commercial Pilot Certificate.
